Return & Exchange Policy

At Calreve, we want you to love every piece you order! If something isn't quite right, we'll help make it right. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Who Is Eligible for Returns?

Important Notice: Only US orders are eligible for Calreve return services. We are not accepting returns for orders shipped to customers outside the US at this time.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the delivery date (the day tracking shows delivered status) to initiate a return request. Once approved, items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your return request approval.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused – Items must be in their original condition
  • Original tags attached – All tags must remain intact
  • Original packaging – Items should be returned in their original packaging
  • SKU label included – The SKU label must be present on the item

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates & Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Openpack Wholesale Orders

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process:

  1. Contact us at info@calreve.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  4. Once approved, carefully package your item(s) with all original tags and packaging
  5. Ship the return within 7 days of approval

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns
  • Returns not meeting our requirements may be rejected

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired size or color.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@calreve.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
